Ayala Drebin, NP is a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency medicine.
She began her career as a registered nurse in the emergency room in 2017 and later practiced as a nurse practitioner in the emergency setting starting in 2021. She then transitioned into outpatient psychiatry in 2023, working in a private clinic in Lakewood where she provided mental health care to patients across the lifespan.
Ayala’s experience spans acute care, primary care, and behavioral health, allowing her to take a comprehensive approach to patient care.
What We Offer
The gold standard of treatment for many psychiatric disorders is a combination of psychotherapy and medication management. We have treated many patients with psychotherapy alone or a combination of psychotherapy and medication management.
We provide medication management for a wide variety of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, OCD and ADHD. We will work closely with you to find the right medication plan for you or your child.
We are passionate about finding ways for parents and children to better their relationship. We offer parenting workshops for individuals and professionals and partner with therapists who specialize in parenting techniques.
We offer precision diagnostic testing that analyzes your unique genetic profile to better understand how your body metabolizes and responds to medication.
We are happy to offer Telehealth services for people residing in New York and New Jersey through the HIPAA compliant platform, Doxy. In person sessions are also possible in our office in Englewood, NJ.
