At my psychiatric practice, our team provides comprehensive treatment for a variety of mental health conditions. We combine principles of biology and psychology and contextualize these to each individual and family’s current life situation. We seek to work together empathically to find the optimal treatment strategies that best fit your personal goals. This may come in the form of medication management alone, psychotherapy alone or a combination of both psychotherapy and medication management.
We treat adult individuals alone as well children and adolescents both alone and in the context of their families.
We enjoy working closely, and collaboratively with other professionals who may be on your personal treatment team.

What We Offer
The gold standard of treatment for many psychiatric disorders is a combination of psychotherapy and medication management. We have treated many patients with psychotherapy alone or a combination of psychotherapy and medication management.
We provide medication management for a wide variety of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, OCD and ADHD. We will work closely with you to find the right medication plan for you or your child.
We are passionate about finding ways for parents and children to better their relationship. We offer parenting workshops for individuals and professionals and partner with therapists who specialize in parenting techniques.
We are happy to offer Telehealth services for people residing in New York and New Jersey through the HIPAA compliant platform, Doxy. In person sessions are also possible in our office in Englewood, NJ.
Using both western medical and integrative approaches, our team focuses on maximizing one’s well being physiologically, psychologically and emotionally.
Our team is composed of professionals with training in general adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, pregnancy and postpartum related psychiatric issues as well as attachment and parenting related strategies.
You can choose to work with Dr. Meredith Weiss as your sole mental health provider, or we can collaborate with other mental health professionals.
